Anastasia Eleftheriou is the visionary behind Technologos, with over a decade of experience in research, academia, and innovation. Holding a PhD in Complex Systems Simulation from the University of Southampton and a First-Class Honours degree in Computing from Imperial College London, she has dedicated her career to advancing technology and education.
Kostas Kouvaris is a co-founder of Technologos, where he leverages his expertise in artificial intelligence and algorithmic design to drive innovation. Holding a PhD in Complex Systems Simulation, an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, and a BSc in Applied Mathematics, Kostas has dedicated his career to applying advanced AI and computational methods to solve real-world challenges across various sectors, including Education, Energy, and Finance. His research spans multiple high-impact projects across Europe, where he has been deeply involved in AI-driven initiatives.
Kalli holds an MEng degree in Computing from Imperial College London (2015). She worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon Development Centre London and joined the team at Technologos Research and Innovation Services in 2020 as a Software Developer.
At Technologos, she worked on the development of digital educational interventions, simulations and serious games, and had the opportunity to learn about the process of writing funding applications and implementing European projects. She is currently also a Research Associate at CYENS Centre of Excellence, in the “Immersive Technologies for Intelligent and Creative Applications” (ITICA) group.
She works mostly on the development of extended reality applications using Unity and Unreal Engine.
Kosmas is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering at Trinity College Dublin. He joined Technologos in 2023 as an intern and, through continuous involvement in European-funded projects, transitioned into the role of Project Manager, where he now leads his own team.
He has participated in multiple project meetings across Europe and actively contributes to the writing, coordination, and implementation of projects. His work spans both youth and adult-focused initiatives, with particular emphasis on sustainability, non-violent communication, human rights activism, financial literacy, and emotional regulation.
At Technologos, Kosmas oversees the design, delivery, and dissemination of digital educational projects balancing strategic planning with innovative communication. He collaborates closely with partners to manage outputs, lead creative content development, and ensure the successful execution of impactful, socially driven learning interventions.
Elena is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in technology and education. She holds a degree in Computer Science (2010) and began her career in the software industry, dedicating a decade to developing and managing software solutions. Starting as a software developer, she advanced to a leadership role as a Software Manager, she demonstrated strong skills in understanding client needs, guiding development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
In the last four years, Elena transitioned her expertise to the field of education, becoming a passionate Computer Science educator, teaching students aged 13 to 19. She is committed to empowering her students to excel in Computer Science, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for success. Complementing her technical knowledge, Elena also holds a degree in Child Psychology, enabling her to connect with learners on a deeper level and foster an engaging, supportive learning environment.
Joining Technologos as a full time Software Developer in May 2026, following a successful Software Engineering internship in 2025, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. Most recently, I developed the EmpowerEd Backpacker Game in Godot, building it from the ground up and taking responsibility for everything from gameplay mechanics to user interface design.
Throughout my time with the team, I have been actively involved in feature development, testing, and troubleshooting, continuously refining projects based on user feedback and evolving requirements. I also participate in meetings with international partners from various project consortia, sharing progress updates and collaborating to ensure development remains aligned with project goals.
This new chapter builds on the foundations established during my internship, allowing me to take on greater responsibility, deliver impactful projects, and continue growing within a team that values creativity, collaboration, and purpose driven technology.
Ioanna is a multidisciplinary professional with a strong academic background and a wide range of experience across education, local governance, and political communication. She holds a degree in Turkish Studies from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s in Business Administration, combining cultural insight with organisational and strategic knowledge.
Currently, Ioanna works across three different organisations, balancing roles in a school setting, a community council, and the sphere of political communication. This blend of responsibilities has allowed her to cultivate practical skills in administration, coordination, and public engagement, while gaining a deep understanding of the social and political dynamics that shape contemporary life.
Her ability to adapt across sectors and contribute meaningfully to different teams reflects a thoughtful, committed approach to her work and a strong interest in community-oriented initiatives.
Author-Illustrator and dentist Ramya Julian brings a unique blend of creativity and storytelling to Technologos. She is passionate about crafting stories that inspire, uplift, and spark curiosity—whether through rhyming picture books or heartfelt novels.
Her picture books celebrate real-life heroes and embrace diversity, inclusion, and equity, presenting history in engaging ways for young readers. In her novels, Ramya explores themes of love, redemption, and social justice.
When she’s not writing or illustrating, Ramya enjoys spending time with her family and dreaming up her next big idea. She believes that stories have the power to create meaningful change, one word at a time.
