Anastasia Eleftheriou is the visionary behind Technologos, with over a decade of experience in research, academia, and innovation. Holding a PhD in Complex Systems Simulation from the University of Southampton and a First-Class Honours degree in Computing from Imperial College London, she has dedicated her career to advancing technology and education.
Her work includes leading several European initiatives, addressing challenges such as sexual health, digital safety, sustainability, and emotional well-being. Anastasia focuses on creating inclusive, practical solutions that empower communities and foster growth.
Before founding Technologos in 2019, Anastasia worked as an educator and project manager, honing her expertise in Computer Science research, proposal development, and education. Her contributions have been recognised across Europe, including her selection to represent Cyprus at the European Female Founders Forum.
Anastasia’s efforts are supported by funding from the Cyprus Research and Innovation Foundation, UKRI, and the European Commission, enabling her to deliver impactful innovations that bridge technology and social impact.
In 2024, Anastasia was appointed to manage the APRIL AI Hub, a multi-million-pound initiative dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research in AI and electronics.
Kostas Kouvaris is a co-founder of Technologos, where he leverages his expertise in artificial intelligence and algorithmic design to drive innovation. Holding a PhD in Complex Systems Simulation, an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, and a BSc in Applied Mathematics, Kostas has dedicated his career to applying advanced AI and computational methods to solve real-world challenges across various sectors, including Education, Energy, and Finance. His research spans multiple high-impact projects across Europe, where he has been deeply involved in AI-driven initiatives.
As a passionate advocate for Educational Technology, Kostas is committed to transforming learning experiences through the power of AI with a focus on enhancing educational outcomes and ensuring accessibility in diverse learning environments. Kostas envisions creating solutions that bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and effective educational practices, making learning more accessible and impactful for all.
