FemPowered Islands is an EU-funded Erasmus+ project supporting women’s entrepreneurship across three European islands: Malta, Madeira, and Cyprus. The project delivers free training, mentoring, and digital tools to help women build and scale their own businesses, with a focus on inclusion and peer-to-peer learning. Through cross-border collaboration between local partner organisations, FemPowered Islands aims to reduce the entrepreneurship gender gap in island communities and connect women founders across Europe.
